Earthquake measures

Dear residents,

In the wake of the recent earthquake in the Marrakech region, we would like to inform you of the measures we have taken to ensure your safety and peace of mind, which are our top priority.

Our technical teams were immediately mobilized to carry out a detailed inspection of all structural elements of the residence, including building entrances and common areas. The initial results of their inspection indicate that the cracks are mainly attributable to the cracking of the masonry, caused by seismic movements.

We are confident that these cracks have not compromised the structural soundness of the residence or the safety of its occupants. In fact, our residence was built in strict compliance with the most stringent anti-seismic standards at the time of its design and construction.

It's important to note that cracks in masonry are common after an earthquake and are not usually synonymous with serious structural problems. Nevertheless, we will continue to monitor the situation closely. In the interests of transparency and to refine our assessment, we invite you to report any cracks you consider unusual, preferably accompanied by photos (please feel free to indicate the location of each crack directly on the photo) using the form below. We understand the importance of your peace of mind.

What's more, we'd like to inform you that we've taken the initiative of calling in a specialized engineering firm. This firm will carry out a complete assessment of the structure of our home, including all areas, to guarantee you complete peace of mind.

We'll be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
